Business Associate Agreements (BAA)
As a medical billing and revenue cycle management service provider, we enter into Business Associate Agreements with our covered entity clients. We fully understand and accept our responsibilities as a business associate under HIPAA regulations.
Staff Training & Audits
All Key Medical Management employees undergo comprehensive, ongoing HIPAA training. We conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to ensure continuous compliance and identify any potential areas for improvement in our security posture.
