Key Medical Management is a full service, multi-specialty medical billing company.  We handle all aspects of the billing cycle from demographic entry to patient statements and delinquent account tracking.  This allows providers to concentrate on the art of medicine instead of the headaches of staffing a billing office and dealing with complicated insurance regulations and voluminous A/R. 

Key Medical Management was established in 1996 by a former corporate trainer and auditor for a large multi-state billing company.  The founder realized that a personal approach from a smaller company was needed in order to provide higher quality services to providers in the Mid-Atlantic region.  The proven, daily workflow of Key Medical helps ensure a smooth, consistent cash flow and the success of a client's practice.  We are well aware that our services directly affect the livelihood of our clients and their employees.  Because of this we strive to keep open lines of communication so that questions or concerns may be immediately addressed instead of weeks or months down the road.  Additionally, comprehensive, intuitive monthly reports with graphs are produced for our clients.  These reports provide the information our clients need to stay afloat and thrive in today's challenging healthcare industry.
